For what it’s worth, I googled MegaFreebie, and it’s not a scam, and I found only one complaint (and it was the user error, not the site). So I signed up to do mine today

It is not a scam by the way, scam infers that they lie/mislead/rip you off etc. They are upfront about what is required its up to you whether or not you want to spend your own money and buy one or put in the time to do this. How can ANY of you say this is a scam when you are refered to trusted websites who are SPONSERING this endorsement to happen putting their names on the line to help you get a FREE laptop or whatever the hell you want! If this was really a scam the freebie company would be asking for your credit card number instead of having you select a trial offer. These aren’t scamming companies! Some of them are just trying to get their name out there and what better way then be a trial offer in a FREE sponsorship?

Well its a lot of crap to go through……it may work it may not. but it involves you earning enough credits to get the computer and making 28 other people do the exact same thing your considering doing right now. its all very tricky and a bit convoluted if you ask me. It could be possible but your going to have to do 1900 dollars of work for a 1900 MacBook.
Nothing is free, just because your not paying for it doesn’t mean your not paying for it.
